La coloscopie est une discipline complète, une sorte de triathlon de trois disciplines clefs mais bien séparées que sont la détection, la caractérisation et la résection. Pour oeuvrer dans le côlon, il faut bien sûr savoir rejoindre le cæcum confortablement sans boucle, avoir du matériel de qualité et être bien entraîné. Cette synthèse et la trilogie de soirées de formations orientées (CONECCT, DETECT, RESECT) vous permettront de progresser dans ces trois missions incontournables et vous passionner un peu plus pour ce challenge exigeant et permanent de trouver les lésions, d’en prédire l’histologie et de les enlever au mieux sans complication.
